Duck Risotto

Risotto recipes are so easy to do. You can use so many different ingredients too. This simple combination of rice and duck is so perfect. I have used parsley but feel free to use other herbs too. May be add some red chili too, why not!

Servings: 4

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

3 large legs of duck confit

1 ½ cups of Arborio rice

2 tablespoons of butter

2 tablespoons of grated parmesan

1 onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons of red wine

2 tablespoon of olive oil

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

4 tablespoons of parsley

4 cups of chicken broth

Salt and pepper
